The site is a private directory and explanatory resource for Johnson County booking, custody, court, and corrections sources. It stores no official records and cannot confirm custody, release anyone, file a document, or act as a private investigator. Links may connect visitors with the Sheriff’s JIMS tools, Kansas agencies, courts, and third-party research providers.
Acceptable Use

Severability
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. The affected term will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
